Our Purpose
The Institute for Modern Worship (IMW) was created by, and for, local church leaders out of an expressed desire for worship related support, continuing education, and community amongst persons called to worship ministry.
IMW is committed to recruiting and equipping authentic, compassionate, and confident local church worship leaders for fruitful ministry in their local context and beyond.
Persons who participate in curriculum or live events produced by The Institute for Modern Worship will be educated in, but not limited to, what we believe to be the four foundations of worship ministry... Theology, Leadership, Administration, and Worship Artistry - all in the context of relationship with other worship ministry professionals.
IMW also serves as an invaluable recruiting, coaching and consulting resource to local churches and event leaders across the country.
